• Change of light bulbs, repairing appliances, furniture or fixtures.
• Conduct routine repairs/maintenance of equipment.
• Attend to guest room maintenance as reported by Housekeeping Dept/ Front Office
• Handle maintenance issues in the resort
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Possess at least 2 years relevant experience
• To respond to all guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner
• Basic repair and troubleshooting skills
• Able to observe safety precaution in the maintenance
• Able to perform shift duties
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
